Cash, check, Mastercard/Visa, and debit cards are all acceptable forms of payment for services provided.   

Most insurance is accepted based on your policy's requirements, please contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment in order to find out if your sessions will be covered by your policy.  Most insurance companies require a prescription from your healthcare provider prior to the first appointment.  

Please call if you have any questions about the requirements for insurance clients.  Depending on your policy, you may be required to pay a portion of your session fee toward the yearly deductible, or a co-payment may be required at the time of your appointment.
